KPK ein spokesperson, Budi Prasetyo, confirm am. When journalists ask am whether true say the madam be the wife of the suspect, he just talk say, "Informashon be so."
*WHAT KPK FIND INSIDE THE OFFICE*
My brother, what dem find for inside dey shock. For BPN Mojokerto, KPK catch plenty envelopes wey contain money. Dem suspect say the money be from people wey come do land documents, dem pay as bribe make demma work go fast.
"The investigators also secure some envelopes containing money, which is suspected to be money received from applicants for land services in the BPN Mojokerto environment," Budi talk.
The money still dey inside envelope, dem never even open some. KPK talk say dem go count everything later. Apart from the money, dem also carry some important documents and electronic gadgets like laptops and phones, as evidence.
The next day, Thursday 24th September 2026, KPK no stop. Dem move go the bigger office, the Regional Office (Kanwil) of BPN for East Java Province for Surabaya. For there, the money be even bigger. Hundreds of millions of Rupiah.
"The investigators found money worth hundreds of millions of rupiah, which was then confiscated. The money is suspected to be revenue from land service applicants in the Kanwil BPN East Java environment. In addition to revenue from applicants, the money is also suspected to be from deposits from BPN land offices throughout East Java," Budi explain.
So e mean say, the small offices for all the districts for East Java dey collect money and dey send am go the big regional office for Surabaya every time. That one be like systematic corruption network, no be one person ein work.
*THE ROOT OF THE MATTER: SUMMARECON HGB CASE AND 106.3 BILLION RUPIAH*
This whole matter start from one big operation. On 14th September 2026, KPK do ein famous OTT - Hand Catch Operation - for Jabodetabek area. Dem catch people red-handed dey collect bribe to open block for land certificate (HGB) wey belong to big company PT Summarecon Agung Tbk for Bogor, West Java.
For that operation, KPK seize cash money wey reach Rp 106.3 Billion! Chale, that be the biggest cash seizure for KPK history since dem create the anti-corruption body.
On 15th September 2026, dem officially name 8 suspects:

2. Sontang Coin Manurung (SON) - Head of Bogor Regency Land Office I
3. Adrianto Pitojo Adi (ADR) - President Director of PT Summarecon Agung
4. Arif Sugiyanto Fahd El Fouz aka Fahd A. Rafiq (FEZ)
5. Erwin (ERW)
6. Muhammad Fakhry (FAK)
7. Rizal Pahlevi (LEV)
8. One more private person
Lampri be the main man wey dem suspect say he be the one dey control make the HGB block for Summarecon open again in exchange for big bribe.
KPK still dey investigate whether there be buying and selling of positions inside the ATR/BPN Ministry too. That be why dem dey raid offices even far like Mojokerto.
*INTEGRITY SCORE FOR ATR/BPN FALL*
You see, this scandal no be surprise if you look the Integrity Survey (SPI) score. KPK do survey every year, and ATR/BPN ein score don drop bad.
"Referring to the results of the SPI for the last two years (2024 and 2025), there is a decrease in the score of minus 4.58 points. In SPI 2024, the ATR/BPN Ministry got a score of 75.88 and decreased to 71.30 in 2025 or entered the vulnerable category," Budi talk.
The expert respondents score drop from 76.26 to 63.89, that be minus 12.37 points! Transparency and fairness of service also drop from 80.12 to 77.10. The staff integrity score for 5 years dey go up and down like yoyo: 87.10 in 2021, 89.58 in 2022, 87.63 in 2023, 90.02 in 2024, then drop again to 88.81 in 2025.
*WHAT ABOUT THE MADAM YETTY?*
For now, KPK talk say Madam Yetty never be suspect. Dem only search ein office to find evidence against ein husband. Dem no arrest anybody for Mojokerto or for Surabaya, dem only carry evidence.
But KPK talk say dem go analyze all the documents and gadgets wey dem carry. If dem find say money flow go give other people, more suspects go follow.
For Mojokerto, the land office still dey work normal. People still dey go there go do demma land documents, but everybody for town dey talk about the matter.
This case be big disgrace for ATR/BPN Ministry wey dey always talk say dem dey fight land mafia and dey do clean land registration program (PTSL), but inside demma own office, dem dey do bribe inside.
